Our Staff

	Julia Howard Julia Howard BABTAC &BTEC qualified. Julia trained in both the UK and the US where she also worked for 2 years as the campus Director of the Florida College of Natural Health. She worked for ‘Steiner Transocean’ a leading Spa company for 6 years managing the spas onboard luxury cruise liners. Julia won ‘Cosmeuceticals Therapist of the Year 2005’ beating 1300 other salons to the prestigious award. She is fully qualified in all treatments at Beauty Solutions as well as being an Advanced Skin Health Specialist. Julia opened Beauty Solutions in 2002 and the salon relocated to its present location in 2006. The salon has been awarded a premier salon award and continues to offer the latest technologies in Beauty.
	Mel Whiting Mel is our full time receptionist/nail technician. She is a highly qualified nail tech and has worked within the Beauty Industry for 10 years. Mel does both gel & acryllic nails.
	Jessica Hobson-Taylor Manager – Fully trained in MD Formulations, Genie, id Bare Escentuals and Glycolic Skin care. Jessica has been trained since 2001 and has also worked at The Treatment Rooms, an award winning day spa in Brighton, amongst other salons. She specialises in skin care and is passionate about skin problems. Jessica is our MD Specialist.
	Carly Tume Therapist – Trained at Fareham College attaining the highest grades. Started at Beauty Solutions in May 2009 and is now trained in MD Formulations, id Bare Escentuals, Murad and Genie Therapies. Her passion is make-up and the transformations it can create. Carly is a full time therapist and is our Murad Specialist
	Natalie May Saturday Junior Therapist – Our newest member of the team. Natalie is already qualified and passed her NVQ 2 in Beauty Therapy Treatments and NVQ 3 in both Swedish Body Massage and Reflexology. She is currently in her second year training at Fareham College to achieve a high level qualification in her NVQ3 in Beauty Therapy.
